| A real estate agent should not “sell” you a house, but help you find a place you can happily call home. Sometimes that happens right away and sometimes it can take a little while. I take a no pressure sales approach and will work with you for as long as it takes. Success for me is a new home owner with no “buyer’s remorse.” Although the real estate market has slowed in recent years, it still demands a realtor’s vigilance to avoid missing out on “your home” when (or before) it hits the market. I will make the search for your home my priority and keep you up-to-the-minute current on new listings, price drops and other changes in the market. I also consider it my responsibility to listen carefully to what it is your are looking for in a home so that I am able to preview homes for you and know which ones are worth your time to see in person and which are not. |
